Do you design it or only build it?
Both, by default. If you already have a design or a brand team, I build from their Figma; if you only need the design, I can do just that.

It renders pages on the server, so they load fast and search engines read them in full, and it scales from a five-page site to a full product without changing tools.
Will I be able to edit the content myself?
If you need to, yes. I connect a content management system so your team can change texts, images and posts without touching the code.
